Variation capture built for the person on site.
Record additional work while it is happening using a guided or voice-assisted flow. Keep the evidence, quantities and acknowledgement with the same variation, then let the office finish the commercial review in the web workspace.

Capture by guided flow or voice
Type the detail or speak it naturally, review the structured result and confirm the variation before it is submitted.
Keep the evidence with the job
Add photos, files, notes, quantities and GPS context against the correct project while the work is still visible.
Keep working with poor signal
Site teams can continue capturing work offline and sync queued records when connectivity returns.
Record the right acknowledgement
Capture an on-device signature where appropriate or use the office workflow for secure remote review without confusing evidence acknowledgement with commercial price approval.
